Patient Care Technician
As a Patient Care Technician you will have a wide variety of responsibilities of great importance in the direct treatment and care for patients. Patient Care Technicians often have the most amount of direct contact with the patients due to their wide range of abilities and the knowledge of the foundations in patient care. At Florida Health Care Academy, we provide our students with hands-on training in our facilities and classroom lectures provided by industry experts, focused on ensuring the success of all of our students.
After the completion of the program all students are required to take the certification exam with the National Healthcareer Association that will certify you nationally as a Certified Patient Care Technician.
In our course, you will be fully trained to work in the healthcare field as a Patient Care Technician, you will be prepared for employment with skills in electrocardiography, phlebotomy, home health aide, nursing assistant, and many more.
All applicants must be 17 years of age. (if the applicant is under 18 years ale, the student Enrolment Agreement must be approved and signed for her/his Parent or Guardian)

This program requires a $400 down payment at the moment of enrollment.

The weekly rate for our PCT program is 14 payments of $207*
The biweekly rate for our PCT program is 7 payments of $414*
The monthly rate for our PCT program is 4 payments of $725*
