We do not participate in federal financial aid, FAFSA, Pell Grant, or GI Bill benefits. We keep tuition affordable and offer flexible, interest-free in-house payment plans that your advisor sets up with you on your call.

Your first attempt is included, and we prepare you with practice exams so you walk in ready. If you do not pass, the NHA requires a minimum 30-day wait before you can retake, and the retake fee is not included. Your instructors help you get ready to pass.

Just a laptop or desktop with a working camera and microphone, plus internet. There is nothing to download or install. You join your live Zoom classes and open all your materials from our website with your student login.

There is no upper age limit. You only need to be at least 18. Our students range from recent high school graduates to career changers in their 50s and beyond.

Your tuition covers registration, training, uniforms, materials, and your first attempt at the National CCMA Certification exam. The separate EKG and phlebotomy certification exams are not included and can be purchased on their own if you want those additional credentials.

Yes. We offer a Medical Assistant scholarship. Share your vision for your role in the medical field in an essay of at least 500 words, and selected students receive a scholarship of $100 up to $2,000 applied toward Medical Assistant tuition. Enrollment happens with an academic advisor. Book a free 30-minute call, and your advisor will walk you through the program, answer your questions, and, if it is a fit, complete your enrollment and reserve your seat on that same call.

Your advisor saves your seat with you live on your call, so you know your start date and total cost before you pay anything.

It is a 30-minute conversation with an academic advisor who gets to know you and your goals. You get advice on the schedule that fits your life, your exact total cost and payment options, and your start date. If the program is right for you, you can enroll on the same call. If it is not, you still leave with a clear plan.

To enroll, you need a valid photo ID, your high school diploma or GED, and your Social Security card. Your advisor goes over payment on your call. After you finish, hiring requirements vary by employer. Most employers ask for CPR/BLS and clinical experience, and the hands-on labs you complete in class count as your clinical experience.

You need to have completed your high school diploma or GED to enroll. If you have finished but do not have the physical document in hand yet, that is okay. You just need to submit it, along with your ID and Social Security number, before you graduate.

Yes. You choose your start date with your advisor, and if your plans change you can move it to a later class. Just talk to your advisor about your timeline.

It is hybrid. You complete your coursework online through live Zoom classes and self-paced lessons, and you practice clinical skills like injections, phlebotomy, EKGs, and vital signs in person at our Orlando campus. You can choose the weekday track or the Saturday track.

Our program is designed to get you workforce-ready fast. You'll complete hands-on training and be prepared to enter the healthcare field in 12 to 24 weeks.

Yes. Phlebotomy and EKG are part of the medical assistant curriculum, so you train in both as you learn. The separate phlebotomy and EKG certification exams are not included in tuition and can be purchased on their own if you want those extra credentials.

As long as you have your national certification up to date and you bring us a copy of it along with your education transcripts from a recognized program or proof of 2+ years of field experience, you are not required to take it again.

Life happens. If you know you will miss a class, tell your instructor ahead of time. Online lecture material can be caught up with your instructor, and in-person lab days can be made up within the program. Your advisor reviews the full attendance policy with you before you start.

Your uniform is included in your tuition, and you get it when your program starts.

Class size changes with the program, schedule, and start date, so there is no set number. Your instructor works with you directly in your live classes and hands-on labs.

Graduates enter clinics, labs, hospitals, patient intake centers, or medical offices.

From the moment you enroll, you have access to our student success team, who can help you with resume building, cover letters, and interview prep, plus a community job board in your student portal dedicated to openings and updated at least twice a week with new opportunities in the area.

Yes. The program is built for career changers starting from zero. You finish certified and with hands-on, in-person training, which is what Orlando employers look for when hiring entry-level medical assistants.

Florida does not require a state license to work as a medical assistant. Most employers do prefer or require a national certification, which is why our program prepares you for the National CCMA exam and includes your first attempt.

Rules differ by country. In the U.S., most employers look for a national certification, like the NHA exam our program prepares you for. Your advisor can look at your situation on your call.

While we do not issue a student visa or I-20 for candidates who want to study in the United States, we do accept students who are already under a student visa to take our programs as complements to their current studies. Please bear in mind that international students are not able to take the state or national certification exams or work without prior authorization.
